A nice sized parcel of land in a quiet location of Halifax County, this tract is shaped well and conducive to many recreational activities or building. The timber is at a good age to do some timber stand improvement work or clear some space for open ground as the natural hardwood regrowth is not too large to clear. A homesite with complete seclusion would be another good option for this tract of land. There is a creek at the rear of the property providing a good spot to hunt the wild game that frequent this land. The topography of this land is rather gentle enhancing the ability to create a farm if you have a vision.
